Why and how to create sense and commitment in a century-old BtoB business where the products are most of the time invisible once installed?
As a multi-cultural group with a decentralized organization, we wanted to develop a common European ambition without denying the French historical family roots.
To do so, we decided to go for a co-construction project with our business units to define who we are, what brings us together and makes us unique.
Soon, we realized that from one language to another, semantic and cultural content was different, and this prompted us to illustrate with examples in daily business situations.
We are pleased to be now very consistent in our commitments with a set of tools from our purpose, values to our 10-point manifesto.
All these tools proved to be very useful and meaningful during the Covid19 crisis because CARE was our compass during the storm.”
